What is Kava?
Kava is a small shrub native to the South Pacific islands. The root and stems are made into a non-alcoholic beverage good for psychological and physiological relaxation. Islanders have used the kava kava plant for centuries in social rituals, religious ceremonies and for medicinal purposes. We invite you to relax and converse with us over a bowl (or two!) of kava.
